Violent Crime Is influenced by the media or media that highlight violent crime?
we all know that media only reports the crime to be interesting for the news, often involving young shootings, stabbings or murder. A particular interest of the media is a crime of imitation made by young people. But is the media, including films or violent video games that influence these crimes, or is the sensationalism of the media was quick to blame video games. Is it influenced by crime media, or the media is very quick to report the crime. your opinion would be appreciated.
This is a kind of chicken or question the egg. I think there are several factors that perpetuate or violence in the country. I think our young people are bombarded with violence as they grow … but that is not fault of the media. Parents have the background and that parents really no more. Children are allowed to make decisions that I would not have done + 20-30 years. That said I also believe that the media focuses, as you said, on violence and violent crime. When you have a child not getting the attention that should be getting at home, and note that if you kill someone or kill someone like Mom and Dad will have to pay attention. Now granted they will be angry, disappointed, sad, confused, whatever attention will be negative, but at least the child has attention. I think this issue not a problem with violent games, or media, or any other influence. The question is at home. If you were to look at the crime rate in the 50s and early 60s you would see that things were very different. Parents really akin! Now the crime rate coincides with the closure rate children key. Again, this is my personal opinion. I am a mother of a stay at home because I think my life as a wife and mother to go before having a career.
