ok, so i’m running windows 7 on a Dell Inspiron 1525, and everytime i try to search for my ps3 to media share (with WMP 12) it does not even see that my ps3 is there? i’ve tried many things, nothing seems to work, can anyone help me out? it would be greatly appreciated.
It seems there is a problem in WMP12 with media sharing. You are not the only one having this problem. Here is what I would suggest. Use WMP11. If you don’t want to downgrade to WMP11, then use a different media server, such as TVersity ( http://tversity.com ), which is free. You can use many different media servers, most are free.
