I have 2 DirecTV DVR’s. Is there any way to watch shows recorded on one dvr from the OTHER dvr?
I know with some cable & satellite companies, if you have multiple DVR’s, you can watch a show recorded on any dvr ON any dvr. basically, I would like to be able to watch shows recorded on my living room dvr, while watching the bedroom tv (which also has a DVR).
My living room has an HR23-700, and the bedroom has an R22-100. Both are hooked to my home network for media sharing / On Demand, as well.
You are in luck… almost…. 
Directv has something in beta now called MRV (multi-room viewing) which will allow exactly what you want as long as the devices are networked. Right now it is just in their CE program (Cutting Edge).

I’m not in the CE program myself, but I notice if you dig into the setup, you will see items related to MRV they have now included in the general release software, so I suspect it is getting close to general release.
