We’ve been looking for a house with some specifics, but had no luck: 2 stories, about 3+ bedrooms, media room (theatre if possible), around 3 car garage, pool/spa, nice kitchen, place to put wine, etc. on a fairly large lot. Locations around: La Mesa, Jamul, San Diego County, Santee, El Cajon,…The price range is around $800,000 to $1,000,000. anyone know of any houses for sale with all or most of these things?

i dont know those locations. but i know there are 2 story houses in long beach with a lot of rooms, selling for 800,000 and up. close to los alimitos
those areas your saying are real expensive just because of the location. i can get a 2 story house, with 5 bed rooms, and 4 bath rooms, real nice, and new, in menifee, for 400,000. just because of the location. but in other parts like l.a. i can find a 2 bed 1 bath crack house for 500,000.
