6. That Vista graphics will be state of art is well known but inbuilt in Vista is Flip 3D a tool that will allow users to shift among multiple open windows and a side bar that will run in the corner continuously.
7. Vista users will be able to use a new slideshow to mix video images and still photos.
8. As far as gaming is concerned Vista reaches for new heights with enhanced graphics, 3D effects, and real to life projections. Gaming will take on new dimensions with the launch of Windows Vista.
Vista is being promoted by Microsoft as the ultimate OS, what the release will bring will be known only when the actual system is released towards the end of 2006. How to reninstall Windows Media Player 11 in Windows Vista Ultimate?
My Windows Media Player wont open and I can’t find where to download it for Windows Vista.
it only has it for XP on the Microsoft Website
It came with my Windows Vista Home Premium and I was able to use it than, but than I upgraded to Windows Vista Ultimate and I could still use it but than today it will not work with my CD that I am trying to play.
It works now, I just had to log off and log back in!
Probably this is because it is not a separate download – it is part of the Vista Build – so if you have Vista there is not usually any need to download it.
I’ll post back if I find out anything helpful.
EDIT – bit of research says it is not possible to uninstall WMP11 for reasons stated above. Suggestion is to either:
1. Do a system restore to a point before it screwed up
2. Use the Repair facility off the Windows Install disk
Does it work with another CD?
If so then you might be chasing your tail….
