Wood For Home And Office Furnitures

Home and Office furnitures are not just furnitures that adorn your homes but also an art. It is an expression of yourself. In arts you must have a certain medium in which to convey your expression into the canvass. In this case the medium is either oils,water colors,charcoal,etc. These mediums will form the backbone of the ideas that you are trying to express into the canvass that will produce the product that we called ARTS.

In furniture the medium is either wood, metals, leather, stones, paint, etc. or a combination of these materials. We called it multi-media furnitures. Wood is the most widely used medium in furniture making that accounts 90% of all furnitures. Very versatile. In wood you can do what you want, in any styles, in any forms, in any sizes, in any colors, and in any whimsical spurt of emotions. You can used it indoors,patios and outdoors.

Indoor furnitures usually uses mahogany wood, oak or pine wood. Outdoor and patio furnitures usually uses teak wood which are very resistant to weather changes.

Woods were so versatile that it is adaptable to any paint and color chemicals. Pre-painting preparations were so simples compared to other materials used in furnitures. And once completed it will naturally aged in its lifetime. You can also repaint it in so many times or as often as you want.

Woods were also compatible in any designs, be it traditional,classics, modern/contemporary or transitional designs. Pair with any other materials in any furniture makes or types and you will have a very fulfilling, unique piece of furniture that will fills any void in your home.

I’m painting my room, and had my closet re-done and had some furniture made for my bedroom. My walls are a dark brown, and my trim is like a light medium blue kinda ocean color type. What color should i stain my Bedroom furniture? I was thinking of a faded red? I’m not sure if it goes.
