Google Chrome browser fixed security vulnerabilities twice this month

I am currently running Windows 7 Home Premium Version on my desktop computer. I have the Xbox 360 Slim version console. I heard that people have hacked somehow to be able to browse the internet and view webpages on their Xbox 360 console through a connection with their computer and using Windows Media Center. Anyone know how to do this ?
